ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Villa with ocean views that sleeps 8 people, that includes thee sleeper sofa in the living room. This Villa is located on the second floor of the Ocean Tower.
This villa comprises three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Enjoy a meal with your toes in the sand. You will love the short walk to the beach, island grocery store, CVS, shops, restaurants and the island feel. We provide everything necessary for our guests to enjoy this tropical getaway. All linen and towels are provided for your convenience. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our beautiful villa!

This villa comes with one parking stall allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, the first beachfront private condo on Oahu in 25 years. 642 acres with sweeping ocean and mountain views and a string of jewel-like lagoons connected by more than a mile and a half of seaside pathways. Ko Olina is located about 17 miles from the Honolulu Airport and less than an hour from downtown Honolulu.
Our brand new ultra luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along.”
You may BBQ at our Villas or Wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort, Roy's, Chucks, Ushio Tei, Azuls, Amaama, and even the tasty Hawaiian BBQ plate. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian Luaus and shows.
