As a detail focused people person, Denice finds helping mainlanders attain their dream vacation rewarding. A REALTOR since 2007, she’s passionate about vacation rentals. From dazzling the renters of our beachfront condos to helping her clients manage the ins and outs of owning the units, she's got it covered. We're lucky she's on our team!

Amazing
Such an amazing time with our family in this beautiful penthouse
O-1206. It was a big plus having an in person welcome at check-in who showed us our parking stall, walked us up to our unit, and gave us all the information we need to know about the property and its amenities. The unit is clean, spacious and airy with sliding doors that extends the unit out to the lanai which we enjoyed every morning. Enjoyed the spectacular views of the sunset on the lanai as well. The unit is also stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and stress free stay including beach supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and already looking forward to our next visit to Ko Olina.
